D-Day: Still No Word From Microsoft

On April 5, Microsoft informed Yahoo’s board that it would take its bid hostile if a deal was not sealed in three weeks’ time. So here we are, three weeks later, and there’s still no agreement. Microsoft hasn’t gone hostile — yet.

Microsoft patent shows off wearable mouse concept

Sun Microsystems’ Next Linux Move

Yahoo responds to Microsoft ultimatum: more money please

As expected, Yahoo has responded to Microsoft’s 3 week ultimatum this morning. The bottom line is pretty clear in a letter signed by Jerry Yang (CEO) and Roy Bostock (chairman).
